When trying to look up the change history of a particular bit of the LJ source just now, I noticed that the web frontend for the LJ source is returning blank. Is this change deliberate, or just a temporary glitch?

I've been staring for a while at livejournal changeset r15182: LJSUP-4312, trying to figure out what it does and (more importantly) why. Apparently, it rewrites some tags so that becomes , but I'm not sure which. (It looks like most tags exempt from this rewriting are the lj* tags, but surely there has to be others, such as . Anyone has an idea?

Has anyone used or tried to use it in their own server-side extensions? It does exactly what I want, but the fact it's not used anywhere in the code makes me suspicious of hidden traps.

I thought I'd changed all hardcoded instances of "LiveJournal" in my intallation, but I just found another.

Would someone please help me find where the default S1 style is getting its text? here is an example of what I am talking about. I have thorougly checked the S1 DB files and re-uploaded them, I've searched and searched and I can't figure ( Read more... )

I sort of hacked my way through the previous issue, simply commenting out line #9 in cgi-bin/LJ/Poll.pm, and now I'm running into this whenever I try to view user info...on anyone ( Read more... )

I have noticed that the code patch that allows a user to post more than one video in a post doesn't seem to have been ported to the open-source code.

Does anyone have a code patch for that and/or know what routine handles it? Thanks.
